LOCATE GROUP_PRESENCE

Qualifiers:

Purpose:

Lists all the locally programmed Hunt, Agent Skill, Ring, and Personal Ring groups to which a specified directory number or Agent ID belongs and whether it is present in or absent from the group.

Details:

If the specified number is valid but the extension or agent id is not a member of any groups, the command returns an empty list.

Example:

Entry: LOCATE GROUP PRESENCE 4000

System Response:

4000 is a member of:
       Hunt Group 6490, Present;
       Hunt Group 6000, Absent;
       Hunt Group 6880, Present;
       Personal Ring Group 4050, Present;
       Ring Group 6978, Absent;
       Ring Group 6900, Present;
